In a world of big influencers and leaders, we often assume these types of figures will have a big impact on behaviour change, but we often don’t have to look too far for those who influence us the most. The pandemic drove us to focus on our immediate surroundings and also made us notice the behaviour of our neighbours more than perhaps we previously did.
