We are proud to announce we have recently made five fantastic new hires, including three new directors in our London office and a new managing partner in our Melbourne office. In our fifth year of double digit business growth with offices in London, Oxford, Shanghai and Sydney, and now Melbourne, this is a very exciting time for our company.
Hywel Reed, previously a senior director and business unit lead at Flamingo London, has recently joined our London office as a director and has extensive expertise in cross-cultural brand strategy and insight.
Associate director Katrina Skwarek has also recently joined the London team from Flamingo, where she worked across FMCG, alcohol and healthcare clients. She also has extensive experience in developing social strategies for global brands, charities and foundations.
Camilla Cooper, previously at Acacia Avenue, has also recently joined the London offices as an associate director, while Monica Vakil-Dewar has been appointed international project manager, based in the UK but working on our many US projects. Monica joins from Red Lantern Strategy in Brooklyn, NY where she was project and operations manager.
Meanwhile in our Australian offices, Sam Paul has joined the Melbourne team as managing partner. Sam was previously a senior consultant working on employee and customer strategy at Kantar TNS, and has a background in organisational psychology, specialising in employee engagement and wellbeing, change management, behavioural economics, and voice of customer measurement design and activation.
Finally Melissa Gill, who has been with TBA Sydney for the past five years, has been promoted from head of behavioural strategy to managing partner in our Sydney office.
We are highly privileged to have these talented individuals choosing The Behavioural Architects, and have big plans for further expansion in 2018!
